Vybrational Kreators 10-Day Returns and Refund Policy

At Vybrational Kreators, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please review the details of our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth process.


1. Return Window

  • Eligible Return Period: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
    • Free from any stains, odors, or signs of wear.
    • Have all original tags, packaging, and accessories still attached.

Note: Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted, and a partial refund or store credit may be issued instead of a full refund.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return:

  • Provide Required Information: Include your order number, the item(s) you're returning, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Process: We will provide detailed instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

3. Return Shipping

  • Responsibility for Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount if we provide a prepaid return label. The cost of the label will be subtracted from your refund.
    • Shipping Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
    • Return Address: If you are using your own shipping method, please contact us for the correct return address.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspection: Inspect the item to ensure it meets the return condition guidelines.
  • Approval/Rejection: We will notify you of the status of your refund within 3 business days.
    • If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
    • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, but timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
    • Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in less than perfect condition (e.g., damaged packaging, missing tags), a partial refund may be issued.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you'd like a different size, color, or product, you will need to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.

6. Final Sale Items

  • Certain items, including but not limited to sale items, clearance items, and gift cards, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting Issues: If your item is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
